Jose Luis Delmas
I’m a natural explorer, both in life and professionally. I’m passionate about discovering new places, diving deep, and connecting with what’s different. I studied Statistics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and have over 25 years of experience in market research, customer experience, and strategic analysis.
I have also taught at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and contributed to publications such as the Saint Gobain Placo Housing Report and the BME Magazine.
Every project is a new journey, and I continue seeking horizons where I can learn, contribute, and grow.
María López
I’m a CX Lover because I believe every experience is a journey—full of surprises, learnings, and opportunities to improve. I’m passionate about driving cultural transformations where the customer goes from being an abstract concept to the very center of everything.
Listening attentively, redesigning with empathy, and communicating with purpose are key on this journey. Every decision, every interaction, adds up.
Studying Pedagogy is part of my journey. To me, CX and education share the same purpose: opening paths, supporting processes, and driving real change. Because every transformative experience teaches—and every well-lived lesson leaves a mark.
