WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL

AEI XPERIENCE UNIT, S.L. will ensure, during and after the processing of the report:

Protection and prohibition of retaliation against whistleblowers acting in good faith. AEI XPERIENCE UNIT, S.L. will investigate and penalize any threats, discrimination, or harassment, as well as any other negative, formal, or informal actions suffered by the whistleblower or any person related to them as a result of the filed report.

Confidentiality of the reports submitted, establishing appropriate mechanisms so that the person reported cannot access data that may reveal the identity of the whistleblower. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed if the information must be disclosed to administrative or judicial authorities.

Notwithstanding the above, AEI XPERIENCE UNIT, S.L. may take disciplinary action against the whistleblower in the event of reports made in bad faith or with knowledge of their falsehood.

The personal data of the whistleblower and any other third parties affected by the report will be stored in the system in accordance with the regulatory framework on personal data protection applicable at any given time.
